Diese bieten ebenfalls eine Web-Anwendung namens SpritePad an. Sprites sind einzelne Bilder welche eine Sammlung aller Bilder einer Website darstellen. Die Einzelnen Bilder sind dann trotzdem durch „zerschneiden“ per CSS nutzbar. So müssen weniger Bilder vom Server geladen werden und die Seite lädt außerdem deutlich schneller. Ich finde es klasse und setze es auf jeden Fall in meinem nächsten Projekt ein.

Außerdem braucht man nichts zu installieren und kann direkt online starten.

Einen ähnlichen Ansatz verfolgt codepen.io. Auch dort können großartige Arbeiten geteilt werden und der Quellcode (HTML, CSS & JavaScript) kann von jedem eingesehen werden. Ich könnte mich stundenlang auf der Seite aufhalten! Einfach genial was manche so mit ein paar Zeilen erreichen – top!

Dabei handelt es sich um eine Seite für Designer/Entwickler. Man kann in drei verschiedenen Fenstern HTML, CSS und JavaScript eingeben und das Ergebnis direkt in einem dritten Fenster testen. Ich finde das ist eine super geniale Idee. Man braucht also keinen Editor und muss die Daten umständlich auf einen FTP-Server kopieren oder bei sich auf dem Rechner testen sondern kann dies quasi On-the-Fly erledigen.

Da ich mich sowieso in dem Bereich jQuery/JavaScript etwas weiterbilden wollte kommt mir die Seite sehr entgegen. Wenn man sich anmeldet kann man später sogar an dem selben „Projekt“ weiterarbeiten oder die Arbeit mit anderen Teilen. Cool!

Natürlich werden von Haus aus diverse Frameworks unterstützt und man kommt mit wenigen Schritten ans Ziel. Einfacher geht es nun wirklich nicht. Ich bin gespannt was noch draus wird.
